poor air conditioning staffing shortage
the air conditioning struggled. it barely kept the room cool (and i wasn't expecting to sweat in a supposed luxury room). i also wasn't thrilled that the room service was unavailable one night. apparently, staffing shortages are a real issue here, and i think this requires immediate attention.

mixed experience, issues with service
poor attentiveness unclean room
the location was acceptable. it provided convenient access to several attractions.
I was disappointed with some aspects of the service. one morning, the room hadn't been cleaned even after we used the 'please make me up' sign. This happened even after specifically asking at the front desk for the room to be cleaned upon our return, we were met with a shrug. i found a general lack of attentiveness that detracted from the overall experience.

poor lighting inadequate temperature control
the location proved quite convenient for accessing various attractions.
the room's temperature control was off. i could not adjust the temperature, it was either too cold or too hot. the lighting was also inadequate making it hard to see well.

really nice location
friendly staff good size great tub quiet block
the staff was friendly. i loved the room size, it felt large for a stay here. the tub felt great, i used it every day. rui and emmanuel gave great service, they were really professional. the hotel is located a couple blocks from the eiffel tower on a quiet block.

breakfast felt fantastic, though i didn't get a chance to use it. the buffet has many selections and tasty food. the hotel staff is very helpful, and the rooms felt clean.

the staff are so friendly and helpful. emilie, at the front desk, was very nice and were really good. she was warm and professional with great recommendations and seemed like home.

My room was a Beautiful Double Room. The bed was comfortable and large. I also appreciated that there was a well-stocked minibar with complimentary soft drinks.
The elevator made a strange noise sometimes.

great hotel with prime location
room size dining places
I found the room size generous and nicely decorated. the staff assisted us with every need. they also helped us find the best places for dining. I appreciated that a lot.
the faucet in the bathroom was flawed. it spilled water everywhere and got me wet. the curved sink also compromised space for my amenities.
